Had Blue Screen ATIKMPAG.SYS Crashes Now Drivers Wont Load at All

NO USB Drivers on Windows Startup

My friend Rob Brown who is top poster SpiritX in MS Forums is here at MVP Summit and convinced me we cannot rely completely on Windows Update to deliver drivers, even though he was in the tour with me 3 years ago of the Windows Hardware Quality Labs where we were shown how all drivers are tested and then loaded into Updates. Problem with GPU driver.
After a certain power failure, my GPU was underperforming. Windows Experience Index even gave a very low score on reassessment.
Then after checking everything, i concluded that the reason is that the driver is corrupt (even thought there's no warning about it as if nothing happens). I reinstalled the driver from nVidia (the latest 344.40 i think, in that moment).

Hello, I recently received a bluetooth headset for my computer but I can't seem to use it. Need assistance with SFCDetails.txt / correcting corrupt files
